TestZeus is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered QA tools. We are seeking an AI QA Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise App QA and a passion for prompt engineering and automation. This role is not a traditional manual or automation QA position. Instead, you will focus on designing, testing, and optimising QA prompts that drive AI agents to validate Enterprise App and customer applications. This can only be achieved by a superstar who can automate and teach automation to an agent via prompts. You will play a key role in ensuring that TestZeus’ self-serve AI QA platform delivers accurate, reliable, and human-like test outcomes for enterprise customers. You will also work closely with Product and Customer teams to make customer-side implementation successful.

TestZeus helps teams adopt AI agent-driven testing to validate real user workflows reliably in production-like environments. As a Forward Deployed QA Engineer (FDQE) at TestZeus, you’ll work directly with customers to help them succeed with autonomous testing agents—from their first trial to successful adoption in production. You’ll partner closely with trial users and customers to create tests, run them on the TestZeus platform, debug failures, and help teams derive value quickly. Your role sits at the intersection of quality engineering, customer success, and product feedback. You’ll work hands-on in real customer environments—diagnosing failures, improving test scenarios, and translating real-world issues into actionable insights for both customers and our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems with customers, working across teams, and helping shape how a new category of testing platform gets adopted in the real world.
