What You’ll Do
Drive outbound prospecting across US and EU markets through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
Generate qualified leads and build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for the sales team
Identify and engage potential channel partners, consulting firms, and ecosystem collaborators
Build prospect lists, research accounts, and identify buying signals
Initiate conversations with decision-makers across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams
Own early-stage relationship building and qualification
Work closely with founders and sales leadership to refine messaging and GTM strategy
Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activities consistently
Continuously experiment with outreach approaches, hooks, and engagement tactics
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in BDR, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales
Excellent spoken and written English with confidence in handling international prospects
Someone who is highly engaging, persistent, resourceful, and commercially sharp
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
Ability to think on the spot and handle objections naturally
High ownership mindset and bias for action
Experience selling SaaS, tech products, or IT services is a strong plus
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred
