Key Responsibilities (this is only the starting point)
1. Own the Close (Trial → Paid)
Take mid-market / enterprise opportunities from demo to signature.
Run a crisp, time-bound closing motion with a clear decision date.
Drive urgency without drama: align stakeholders, outcomes, and timelines.
2. Technical Discovery & Value Narrative
Lead discovery across: current QA workflow, automation stack, Salesforce/enterprise app footprint, environments, and constraints.
Translate product capability into business value (time saved, reliability, coverage, lower maintenance).
Build a narrative that addresses AI trust concerns (accuracy, repeatability, auditability).
3. Trial/Pilot Execution Discipline
Create a Mutual Action Plan (MAP) within 48 hours of owning the deal.
Define measurable success criteria and weekly checkpoints.
Unblock execution (access, env setup, stakeholder attendance, timelines).
4. Enterprise Process: Multi-threading, Security, Procurement
Multi-thread across buyer, champion, technical evaluator, and procurement/security.
Manage security reviews (info-sec questionnaires, data handling concerns) with internal support.
Drive commercial steps: proposal, negotiation, redlines, PO, vendor onboarding.
5. Pipeline, Forecasting & Sales Hygiene
Keep pipeline clean: next step + date, stage accuracy, stakeholder map, risks.
Provide predictable weekly forecasting and deal commentary.
Share objections + learnings back to founders/product to tighten the loop.
KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
Closed-won bookings (New ARR) from assigned opportunities.
Trial → Paid conversion rate (consistent win rate from trials/pilots).
Sales cycle time and MAP adherence (decision discipline).
Pipeline coverage (qualified, closable pipeline vs. hope).
Forecast accuracy + CRM hygiene
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
4+ years in B2B Tech SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing.
Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts.
Proven ability to sell to US/UK/EMEA stakeholders from India-based timezone coverage.
Core Skills
Strong consultative discovery + deal orchestration.
Comfort with technical conversations (QA, CI/CD, AI agents, SDLC, APIs, browser testing, enterprise workflows).
Objection handling: AI trust, security, pricing model, incumbents, “build vs buy”.
Strong written communication (tight emails, crisp proposals, clean MAPs).
Preferred
Background selling testing/automation/dev tools.
Sold AI products (or AI-enabled workflows) with real-world constraints.
Experience navigating security/procurement in regulated or enterprise environments with large scale deployments of Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.
