Welcome to the Refund Policy of Zeustest Tehcnology Private Limited (“Company”). This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any other agreements and policies executed between the Company and any customer/ user (“you”/ “yours” etc.) of the website https://testzeus.com/ and https://prod.testzeus.app/ (“Site”) / (“Platform”), and together form a binding contract between us, and governs the entire relationship between us.

At Zeustest Tehcnology Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our users. This Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued to Customers for services availed on the Platform.

1.       Definitions

For the purpose of this Policy, capitalized words and phrases shall have the following meaning ascribed to them:

Customer” means any individual or legal entity that creates a unique customer account on the Platform and subscribes to a Subscription Plan by paying the applicable Subscription Fee, thereby gaining access to the services offered by the Company during the Subscription Term.

Subscription Fee” means the recurring fee payable by the Customer to the Company for access to and use of the selected Subscription Plan.

Subscription Plan” means the specific plan or package selected by the Customer on the Platform, for which the applicable Subscription Fee is paid, and which outlines the scope, features, access levels, and limitations of the services provided by the Company during the Subscription Term.

Subscription Term” means the duration for which the Customer is entitled to access and use the Services under the selected Subscription Plan, commencing from the date of successful receipt of the Subscription Fee by the Company and continuing until the expiry or termination of the Subscription Plan, in accordance with the Terms of Service or relevant Service Agreement. 

2.       No refunds after activation of Subscription Plan

Once a Subscription Plan is activated and access to the Platform is granted, all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of usage or inactivity during the subscription period. This applies irrespective of the extent of use, user inactivity, or any change in your business or service requirements during the Subscription Term. You acknowledge and agree that by activating your Subscription Plan, you are committing to the full Subscription Term selected at the time of purchase.

3.       Trial Period (if applicable)

If you are on a free trial, no charges apply during the trial period. At the end of the Trial Period, if you do not cancel your Subscription Plan before the billing date, you will be automatically charged. We do not provide refunds once the Subscription Term has begun, even if you discontinue use of the Platform.

4.       Billing disputes

If you believe that a billing error or overcharge has occurred, or for any disputed invoices, please notify us within 7 (Seven) days of the disputed charge by writing to us at hello@testzeus.com , including the basis for the dispute and any available supporting documentation, and the parties will meet (including by teleconference) within 30 (Thirty) days of the date of the notice to address the dispute. This 30 (Thirty) day period can be extended if mutually agreed by the parties. We reserve the right to investigate per our discretion. For any verified discrepancies, we will subsequently process any applicable refunds for overcharges or duplicate payments.

5.       Cancellations

You may choose to cancel your Subscription Plan at any time during the Subscription Term by writing to us at hello@testzeus.com . However, please note that cancellations shall take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription. All cancellation requests must be made by an authorised representative of the Customer (applicable in case of entities) and must be received at least 7 (Seven) days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

6.       Refund processing

All payments for Subscription Plans are processed via third-party payment service providers (such as Razorpay, Stripe, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that your use of such services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. We shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, payment failure, or chargeback arising from your use of such third-party platforms. All approved refunds (if any) shall be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of confirmation of eligibility, to the original method of payment. The actual time taken to reflect the refund in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7.       Downtime

The Platform may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates, or experience downtime for reasons including, but not limited to, technical upgrades, service improvements, or third-party outages. While we strive to ensure optimal uptime and service continuity, we shall not be liable for any loss, interruption, delay, or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from such events. Such temporary unavailability shall not entitle you to a refund, compensation, or extension of your Subscription Plan.

8.       Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations, including delivery of the Services, where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or network failures, or governmental actions. Such events shall not give rise to any refund, credit, or extension of the Subscription Term.

9.       Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeustest Technology Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with and including but not limited to any dispute arising from your payment or refund request through third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or the Refund Policy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the 3 (Three) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.    Modifications and Policy review

We reserve the right to modify the features, pricing, or scope of any Subscription Plan at any time. Any such changes will be notified to you in advance and will apply to future billing cycles. You may choose to cancel your Subscription Plan if you do not agree with the revised terms, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining portion of your current Subscription Term. This Policy may be reviewed, modified, rescinded at any time, at the Company’s sole discretion.
