Agents that build tests, or an agent that tests your agents

Agents that build tests, or an agent that tests your agents

Testsigma and TestZeus are the two most similar tools on this list. Both are agentic, cloud-native and plain-English. The difference is what the agent is pointed at and whether anything is testing the Agentforce agents you are about to put in front of customers.

Choose TestZeus if

Salesforce is the centre of your quality problem, you are shipping Agentforce agents and need something that can actually test them across multi-turn conversations and voice, you want an open-source core your security team can read, and you want the price on a page rather than on a call.

Two honest pricing models, and one of them is published

This one deserves a straight answer rather than a slogan, because Testsigma's model is genuinely good for some teams. Pro includes unlimited automated testing minutes. If you run enormous execution volume, unmetered beats metered, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What Testsigma does not publish is the price. Both Pro and Enterprise route to custom pricing, so you find out what unlimited costs after a conversation.

TestZeus publishes the number, meters the work rather than the workforce, and never charges for a seat.

Unlimited

Users on every plan. QA, Salesforce admins, product managers, developers, release managers and business stakeholders.

1,000

Test runs included every month on Team Cloud, with unlimited environments, test creation and reports.

$0.99

Per test run after that. On the page, not on a call.

Which model wins depends on your shape. High-volume execution across a small licensed team favours unmetered minutes. Broad participation across admins, analysts and product people, with focused execution on the flows that matter, favours unlimited users and a published rate.

Work out your monthly run count before either conversation. See pricing

// execution model //

The agent produces the test, or the agent is the test

Testsigma's agents are real and they are good. Atto reads Jira sprints and prioritises what to cover. The Generator turns user stories, PRDs, Figma files and screen recordings into executable cases. Copilot converts plain English into steps. The Analyzer surfaces flaky elements and the Healer fixes broken cases. That is a serious agentic authoring pipeline and it removes a lot of work.

What it produces is still a test case. The case lives in your suite, executes deterministically, and gets healed when it breaks. Their own Enterprise plan lists autonomous testing as upcoming, which is a fair description of where that architecture sits today.

TestZeus has no generated case to store or heal. You write the intent, in any language:

Feature: Lead conversion

  Scenario: Sales rep converts a qualified lead

    Given I am logged in as a sales user

    When I convert a lead with a qualified status

    Then an account, contact and opportunity are created

The agent interprets that on every run, navigates the org as it exists today, and adapts to what it finds. Healing is not a repair step after a break, because there is no stored artifact to break.

Generating tests faster is a real improvement over writing them by hand. Not generating them at all is a different architecture.

// getting started //

Both are fast. Here is what actually differs.

We are not going to invent a setup advantage here. Testsigma is cloud-native with no installation, no grid to provision and no infrastructure to manage, and teams get running quickly. That is the same claim we make, and in their case it is true.

The difference is what you connect it to. Testsigma's fastest path runs through your Jira and your design files Sprint Planner pulls stories, the Generator turns them into cases. If your requirements live in Jira and are well written, that is a genuine head start we do not match.

TestZeus starts from the org. Connect Salesforce, describe a flow in a sentence, run it. Nothing to import, nothing to map, no story hygiene required. Every plan includes an assigned Forward Deployed Engineer.

If your team documents thoroughly in Jira, look hard at Testsigma. If your Salesforce knowledge lives in people's heads rather than in tickets, the shorter path is describing the flow directly.

// agentforce //

The gap that matters

Testsigma is an agentic testing platform. That means AI agents that plan, generate, execute, analyse and heal your tests, and they are good at it.

It does not appear to mean testing the AI agents you build. Across their site we found no dedicated Agentforce testing product, and no coverage of conversational or voice agent validation beyond a general blog post on chatbot testing.

That matters because Agentforce does not return the same answer twice. Asserting on it needs a tester that holds a real multi-turn conversation, keeps context across turns, works in the languages your customers actually speak, and handles voice. Deterministic assertions on exact output do not survive contact with a language model.

This is what TestZeus was built for. If Agentforce is live or on your roadmap, it is the first question to put to both vendors and the one where the answers diverge most.

// honest answers //

Where we'd point you to Testsigma

You need mobile app testing on real devices.

2,000+ real devices and 800+ browser and OS combinations, with no infrastructure to manage. We do not offer mobile app testing at all, and a device cloud is not something you improvise.

Your execution volume is very high.

Unlimited testing minutes on Pro may cost less than metered runs at scale. Do the arithmetic on your actual monthly volume before assuming our model is cheaper.

Your requirements live in Jira, PRDs and Figma.

Sprint Planner and the Generator turn that documentation into test cases automatically. If your team writes good stories, that is real leverage we do not have.

You want one tool across web, mobile, desktop and API.

Testsigma covers more surface area than we do. If consolidation is the goal, that breadth is the argument.

You want a large installed base and a long track record.

10,000+ QA teams and 25M+ tests executed. If procurement weights adoption, they have the numbers.

// switching //

Moving from Testsigma

We offer conversion for existing test suites from most major automation tools. VERIFY: confirm Testsigma coverage specifically and describe what the conversion actually does.

The evaluation we would suggest is narrower than a full migration. Take your Agentforce agents, or the five Salesforce flows your team heals most often, and run them through TestZeus for one sprint alongside what you have. Those two cases are where the architectures diverge, and everywhere else the tools will look similar.

INSERT PROOF: a customer who evaluated both would carry more weight on this page than any other.

// questions //

Frequently asked

Aren't Testsigma and TestZeus basically the same thing?

They are the closest two tools in this category, and both are agentic, cloud-based and plain-English. Two differences are real. Testsigma's agents generate test cases that then execute and heal, while the TestZeus agent interprets intent at runtime with no stored case. And TestZeus tests Agentforce agents across multi-turn conversations and voice, which we found no equivalent for on Testsigma's site.
