OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
No payment or purchase is required to participate. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES:
By entering the Contest, you fully accept and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by TestZeus ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Employees, contractors, and representatives of TestZeus and their immediate families are not eligible. Government officials and employees of government-owned entities are also excluded. You must not be restricted by any applicable laws or employer rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
Complete the specified actions specified as per the contest page. Submissions must not violate any rights, include inappropriate content, or breach any terms of use. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES:
Primary Gear Prizes – The first through fifth positions will receive the following Gear Prizes:

1. The first position entry on the Wozku leaderboard will be awarded Samsung Stroller

2. The second position on the Wozku leaderboard will be awarded laptop bag

3. The third position on the Wozku leaderboard will be awarded gaming headset

4. The fourth position on the Wozku leaderboard will be awarded TWS earbuds headset

5. The fifth position on the Wozku leaderboard will be awarded a powerbank.

Bonus TDX Pass – The top three leaderboard winners are additionally eligible for one (1) complimentary “Bonus TDX Pass” (see Section 8).

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Gift vouchers or promo codes are subject to issuer terms. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value. Any taxes or additional costs are your responsibility. Only entries complying with all instructions provided, including social media posting requirements and hashtags, will be considered valid. Prizes will be shipped to Indian addresses only.

7. WINNER SELECTION:
Winners will be chosen based on the leaderboard on Wozku platform after the contest ends. We’ll reach out via the contact method provided (e.g., LinkedIn message). If the winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours, we’ll select an alternate winner.

Participants who try to game the system through spamming, manipulation, or unfair tactics will be disqualified immediately.

8. TDX PASS:
Definition – “Bonus TDX Pass” means a complimentary entry pass to TrailblazerDX, 2–3 May 2025, Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. The pass covers conference admission only; travel, lodging, meals, and all other incidental costs remain the sole responsibility of the attendee.

A. Nomination Option –

1. If a Bonus Pass winner already possesses a valid TDX pass, they may nominate one (1) alternate recipient by submitting the nominee’s first name, last name, and company email within 24 hours of winner notification.

2. Once transferred, the Bonus Pass is deemed accepted by the nominee and is non‑transferable and has no cash value.

   B. Forfeiture & Roll‑Down –

1. Failure to nominate within 24 hours, or the nominee’s failure to accept within 24 hours, will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Pass.

2. Any forfeited Bonus Pass will be awarded to the next highest‑ranked participant on the leaderboard who does not yet hold a valid TDX pass.

   C. Conference Terms – All Bonus Pass holders (winners or nominees) must comply with the conference organiser’s rules and policies.

9. ODDS:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries and the scoring on the Wozku leaderboard.

10. TECHNICAL ISSUES:
We’re not responsible for incomplete, delayed, or lost entries due to technical failures, internet disruptions, or platform issues.

11. CONDUCT:
By entering, you agree to play fair. Anyone attempting to manipulate or disrupt the contest will be disqualified. Misconduct or violation of the rules may result in removal from this and future TestZeus contests.

12. LIABILITY:
By participating, you release TestZeus and its team from any liability for claims, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from your entry or prize use. TestZeus is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or disappointments suffered by participants as a result of participating in the competition or attending the TrailblazerDX Conference.

13. PRIVACY:
Your personal data will be used solely for administering the contest, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.testzeus.com/privacy. By entering, you agree to our data handling terms.

14. PUBLICITY:
Participants agree that TestZeus may publicly announce the winner’s name and use their likeness, photograph, or social media posts for promotional purposes without further compensation.

15. SEVERABILITY:
If any part of these rules is deemed invalid, the rest will still apply.

16. DISPUTES:
This Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

17. WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT:

1. Winners of the Gear Prizes will be announced after the contest ends on 3 May 2025

2. Winners of the Bonus TDX Passes will be announced on 22rd April 2025

18. NOT ENDORSED BY SOCIAL MEDIA:
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform (including LinkedIn or Twitter). You're using those platforms at your own risk and subject to their terms.

19. Right to Modify:
TestZeus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
