Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & DistributionCreate and publish high-quality content across multiple formats: Blog posts, Technical articles, Landing pages, Newsletters, Email campaigns, Case studies, Customer success stories, Product updates, Website copy.
Work closely with founders and product teams to transform complex AI and testing concepts into engaging content.
Own and manage the marketing content calendar.
Repurpose long-form content into: LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, Reddit content, YouTube Shorts, Infographics, Carousels, Short-form videos
Support SEO initiatives through: Keyword research, Competitor analysis, Content optimization, Search intent mapping, Content refresh programs.
2. Social Media & Community Management
Manage and grow TestZeus's presence across: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, GitHub, Product Hunt, Developer communities
Build engaging social campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and inbound demand.
Develop content tailored to developers, QA engineers, AI practitioners, engineering leaders, and technology decision-makers.- Track and improve audience growth and engagement metrics.
3. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
Build and optimize: Email nurture sequences, Webinar funnels, Landing pages, Lead magnets, Outreach campaigns
Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Work closely with sales teams to improve: Lead quality, Conversion rates, Pipeline generation, Customer acquisition efforts
Assist in account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
4. Events, Webinars & Partnerships
Plan and execute: Webinars, Workshops, Product demos, Meetups, Industry conferences, Virtual events
Coordinate event logistics, promotions, speaker communications, and attendee engagement.
Build relationships with ecosystem partners, communities, podcasts, and influencers.
Manage post- event lead nurturing and performance reporting.
Opportunity to participate in National and International events.
5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key marketing KPIs including: Website traffic, Organic growth, Social engagement, Lead generation, Conversion rates, Campaign ROI, Email performance, Webinar registrations
Create dashboards and reports for leadership teams.
Identify optimization opportunities using marketing and product data.
Recommend actions based on campaign insights and performance trends.
6. AI-Powered Marketing Operations
Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, campaign execution, and Productivity.
Experiment with AI-driven workflows for: Content generation, Content repurposing, Audience research, Personalization, Marketing automation
Stay current with emerging AI marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
Education
MBA in Marketing
Experience
2-3 years of marketing or content creation experience
Must-Have
Social Media Savvy: Fluency in major social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) and an understanding of how to engage audiences on each.
Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail and clarity.
Content Passion: Genuine interest in content marketing, digital media, and staying updated on marketing trends.
Nice-to-Have
Design Skills: Basic graphic design ability (e.g. familiarity with Canva or Figma) to produce visual content.
Video Editing: Experience editing short-form videos for social media engagement.
